Mr. Ravindra Kale is a DGM Heat treatment at M/s Eicher Engineering Components, Dewas. He has done BE metallurgy from College of Engineering Pune in 2003 and Executive MBA from NMIMS Mumbai in 2012. He has vast experience in Carburizing, Nitriding, Low Pressure Vacuum Gas Carburizing and Continuous Gas Carburizing furnaces.

Maintenance of furnaces is an important aspects of Heat treatment furnaces. In this session we would be looking for planning and execution activities for effective maintenance of furnaces. This would be helpful in reducing furnace maintenance cost and ensure availability of furnace for production.
